How Much Training Is Enough?

Training is not meant to be a “one and done” task. It should be ongoing, and it can evolve and change over time. Training also comes in many forms. It might be more formal like a conference or a webinar or informal like an email or a discussion during a meeting with your team. No one method of training is more important than the other. The key is that employees get the information they need, they learn it and are able to apply it to their job duties. It can be difficult to know just how much training is needed and when enough is enough.
