Our May [Monthly Connection](https://bankerscompliance.com/monthly-connection) was full of great information that included an overview of the:

- [Regulation B Disparate Impact Final Rule](https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2026/04/22/2026-07804/equal-credit-opportunity-act-regulation-b);
- FDIC’s Rescission of its Supervisory Guidance on Multiple Re-Presentment NSF Fees; and,
- Section 1071 Final Rule.

The Memory Lane portion addressed disclosure challenges for ARMs & HELOCs and the Compliance Management Systems (CMS) portion provided an overview of how executive orders work.
