The Military Lending Act changes, effective October 3, 2016, will be here before you know it! While you may have avoided making loans subject to the Act’s requirements and restrictions in the past, you likely won’t be able to do so come October 3rd. In other words, you need to be prepared in case you encounter a covered borrower.
