Yesterday, the CFPB issued a [Final Rule](http://www.consumerfinance.gov/newsroom/cfpb-finalizes-two-month-extension-of-know-before-you-owe-effective-date/?utm_source=email&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_term=07212015_a1&utm_campaign=regimp_kbyo) which officially delays the effective date of the Integrated Disclosures Rule to October 3, 2015.

Regardless of the reasons for the delay, you won’t find too many complaints from our industry about being given the additional time to prepare. Keep in mind; however, that October 3rd really isn’t that far away so don’t let it sneak up on you!
