How do I add an ACH payment to the store?

We recently upgraded to a new, highly secure authentication system to keep your data safe. Because of this important security upgrade, we are asking all members to relink their bank accounts for ACH payments. We deeply appreciate your patience as we make these updates!

To add your ACH payment method and make sure your subscriptions keep updating correctly, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your payment settings
Navigate to the bank accounts or payment settings section in your store account.

2. Add your information using Stripe
You have two options to add your bank details. You can securely log into your bank directly through the system, or you can choose to manually enter your routing and account numbers.

3. Complete the verification process
If you choose to type in your routing and account numbers, you must verify the account using microdeposits. We will send two small deposits (usually under one dollar each) to your bank account. These take one to two business days to appear. Once you see them in your bank statement, log back in and enter the exact deposit amounts to finish your setup.

Watch for the verification banner
If you still need to verify your details or finish relinking your account, a banner will appear on your screen. You can simply click this banner at any time to see exactly what you need to do next.
