If your bank is required to collect and submit data under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) or the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), you are running out of time! The HMDA and CRA data your bank collected in 2010 must be submitted no later than March 1, 2011. Hopefully most of you have already completed this task but for you procrastinators out there…get to work!
