As a result of the FDIC [Final Rule](https://www.fdic.gov/board/federal-register-notice-part-328-fdic-sign-and-ad.pdf) for digital deposit-taking channels (§328.5) and ATMs and like devices (§328.4), we have updated the “FDIC Policy & Procedures” and “FDIC Signage & Advertisement of Membership Checklist” documents in the [Free Deposit Operations Tools](https://store.bankerscompliance.com/#/product/1576bd9f-b9b2-428c-953d-2954b7ea8cdf?searchFilter.keyword=) available our website.

The mandatory compliance date for this Final Rule is April 1, 2027.
