If you are a regular reader of our blogs and newsletter, you know that Fair Lending is a HOT topic!  So hot, we wanted to alert you to an upcoming Federal Reserve webinar.

The Federal Reserve has announced they will host an Interagency “Fair Lending Hot Topics” webinar on Thursday, October 24, 2013.  During this session, representatives from the Non-Discrimination Working Group will discuss a variety of emerging fair lending issues and hot topics.  Speakers at this event will represent a variety of agencies, including:

• Department of Justice;
• Consumer Financial Protection Bureau;
• Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation;
• Office of the Comptroller of the Currency;
• Federal Reserve Board;
• Department of Housing and Urban Development; and,
• National Credit Union Administration.
