HMDA Data: Application Date

When it comes to the application date for HMDA, you need to ensure you are relying on how HMDA defines the application date. This may be different from the Regulation B application date and the TRID application date. However, when it comes to reporting the application date on your HMDA LAR, HMDA gives you a little wiggle room.
