HMDA: Small Filer Exempt Data

We know that HMDA data collection and reporting can be a challenge. If you are a “small filer” for HMDA, there is quite a bit of data you are not required to report. This includes things like the rate spread, the debt-to-income ratio, property value, etc. Even though you might not report this information, there are still some things you will want to consider.
