In our March 14th blog, we alerted you to some last minute changes to the periodic statement rules for borrowers in bankruptcy that are set to take effect on April 19th. In case you missed it, on March 20th, the CFPB issued some Mortgage Servicing FAQs that address several issues related to the bankruptcy periodic statement rules.
