During our July Monthly Connection, Jerod Moyer gave a rundown of the current regulatory compliance environment. It’s what we would characterize as active but uncertain. Things are still happening, for example, executive orders are being issued, the CFPB recently put out its rulemaking agenda, etc., we’re just not quite sure where it’s all headed or how it will come together. Jerod also discussed the idea of targeted supervision becoming more the norm but that also brings with it some uncertainty.
