Being a Compliance Officer isn’t an easy job. You are asked to do a wide variety of tasks which might include auditing to writing policies and procedures to training. These are all very different skill sets, and you may find that you excel in some these areas and not quite as much in others. Having clarity in your role and in your process can help.
