What does it mean for something to be unfair, deceptive, or abusive? Unfortunately, it’s often quite subjective and open to interpretation by examiners. Being an employee of a financial institution, you know too much. You have to remember that your knowledge of financial products and services is not the same as a typical consumer. It helps to take a step back and look at your products, services and practices through a different lens.
