Integrated Disclosures Delayed

The CFPB announced yesterday that they will issue a proposal to delay the effective date of the Integrated Disclosures Rule to October 1, 2015.

Apparently, there was an administrative error which would have delayed the effective date by a couple of weeks. The CFPB is being extra generous in proposing the two-month delay.

There will be a comment period, but obviously, a final decision needs to come shortly!

We will keep you posted!
