The Banker’s Compliance Consulting family has grown! We would like to introduce you to our newest consultant, Crystal Henke.
Crystal joined the BCC team with over 14 years of banking experience. She began as a bank teller and spent many years in mortgage lending operations. Mortgage lending sparked Crystal’s interest in bank compliance, and she wanted to learn more. Prior to joining BCC, Crystal was most recently the Lending Compliance Officer at a large billion-dollar bank and worked with all lending areas of the bank. She enjoyed working in a bank, but again she wanted more. Crystal’s love of compliance and passion for serving others led her to Banker’s Compliance Consulting in May 2018.
Having worked in various positions in small and large community banks, Crystal has a global perspective of how things work in various sizes of banks. In addition to regulatory compliance, she focuses on providing practical solutions for complex situations and recommending process improvements to create efficiencies. Crystal’s eye for detail and diligence result in a thorough review experience. She enjoys meeting new people and creating lasting partnerships with her clients.
