Small Filer Updates for HMDA Data Guide
For those of you who are able to take advantage of HMDA’s partial data exemptions for “Small Filers”, we have updated our HMDA Data Guide to designate the fields from which you are exempt. Version 2.0 is available now in the Free Lending Tools on our website.
The exempt data fields for Small Filers are indicated by an asterisk (*) in the “Data Field” column. In the “Summary” column, you will find the proper reporting codes for those exempt data fields (also with a*) and some additional Small Filer Information.
