2018 HMDA Flowchart

We are happy to announce our HMDA Coverage Flowchart is now available as a Free Download on our website.  This flowchart will help you determine whether a loan application is HMDA reportable in 2018.  Just answer some simple yes/no questions and you will be guided on your way.

We also wanted to alert you to the remaining 2018 HMDA training opportunities we have available before the rules takes effect on January 1, 2018.  Our thoughts have evolved and the CFPB has answered several of the questions we’ve had since our past HMDA webinars and live events.  Now is a good time to get that final refresher before it’s go time!

One hour covering only information the lender needs to know.

One hour covering only how to collect and report the applicant’s ethnicity, race and sex.

Two hours covering it all. Because of the short amount of time to do this, we’ll be discussing things that have evolved, confusing areas and things that have been clarified and/or amended in the August 24th Final Rule amendments.
