Another Fair Housing Poster Update

Last week, we updated you on the ongoing saga surrounding the Fair Housing Poster for FDIC-regulated banks.  And, more specifically, the conflicting answers we received when we contacted them directly. 

We did finally get a response to our third attempt to resolve the issue.  It sounds like there will be an updated poster at some point in the future.  They stated:

“The FDIC is in the process of putting together information discussing the changes and where to get updated posters.”

Our best guess is that this will be communicated through the FDIC Connect online portal, so stay tuned!
