Overdrafts on the Horizon?

Overdrafts are an area that continually attract examiners’ attention yet there hasn’t been much of anything new as far as regulation, guidance, etc.  While overdrafts had been on the CFPB’s regulatory agenda pretty consistently, we haven’t seen it show up since the Spring of 2018.  While you might think that is a good thing, we don’t expect it to stay that way.
