Complaint Policy: Do You Need One?

While we can’t point to a regulation or a law that says you have to have a complaint policy, it does seem like the regulatory agencies are really pushing financial institutions in that direction.  About a year ago, our team put together a free sample policy for complaint programs, to assist banks in that endeavor.  If you’ve been using it or if you’re looking to start or improve on what you have, we’d encourage you go check it out and download the updated version.  While you are there, be sure to check out our other free compliance resources.

If you’re looking for more on complaints, we do also have a webinar coming up this Wednesday, April 10th.  We’d love to have you join us!
