FDIC Changes Impact Fair Housing Posters

See updated blog - https://blog.bankerscompliance.com/en/fair-housing-poster-update

If you are an FDIC-regulated institution, you need to be aware of some changes impacting your Fair Housing Poster.

The FDIC recently made some technical changes to 12 CFR 338.4 (Fair Housing Poster) and Appendix A of 12 CFR 343 (Consumer Protection in Sales of Insurance). Both provided contact information for the Consumer Response Center; however, this is now called the “National Center for Consumer and Depositor Assistance.” The web addresses provided were also updated to: https://ask.fdic.gov/fdicinformationandsupportcenter.

These changes were effective August 8th, and we recommend institutions update their Fair Housing Posters.
