FDPA: Flood Q & As Finalized!

We’ve been waiting for a few years now but the Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Flood Insurance were finalized on May 11, 2022. Of the 144 Flood Insurance Q & As that are included, some are new, some were reworded, and some provide more clarity than we had before.

Flood Insurance is one of those compliance requirements that are just difficult to get right. There are so many rules and moving parts, that it’s a constant struggle. These finalized Q & As provide a wealth of information and guidance to help you meet your compliance requirements.
