Mortgage Life Cycle

A Mortgage Life Cycle journey.

The Mortgage Life Cycle is a five-part webinar series that walks you through each step of the mortgage loan process, in chronological order.  That’s 10 hours of training!  The sessions will be held on February 11, February 18, February 25, March 4 and March 11 and there is no duplication of information within the segments.

The Mortgage Life Cycle is one of our most-requested trainings and it is also one of our favorites to teach.  Here’s what a couple of past attendees have had to say:

  • This is excellent annual training for anyone working with mortgage loans.  David and Jerod do an excellent job explaining the mortgage life cycle from application to servicing.  They “major on the majors and minor on the minors” from start to finish.  We have purchased it annually for years and it does not disappoint.  And the 800+ page manual is a great resource.
  • This program reviews all aspects of the mortgage process. Very thorough and helpful to MLOs.

As an added bonus for your registration, we will give you access to two additional webinars at no extra charge.  “The New HPML Escrow Exemption Rule” will be held on February 17th and “The New QM Rules” on March 9th.

We’d love to have you join us!
