The Mortgage Life Cycle Journey

Mortgage lending is not for the faint of heart.  There are a lot of rules and a lot of specific timing requirements that can create headaches for even seasoned loan officers.  Throw in a traditional regulation by regulation training approach and it can be hard to see how everything fits together.  bank compliance consultants explain the mortgage life cycleFortunately, we have a solution for you…our Mortgage Life Cycle webinar series.

This is EIGHT hours of mortgage loan training divided up into manageable, two-hour segments, without duplication. We will start with the requirements that apply before application and walk you through each step of the mortgage loan process, in chronological order, until we reach after loan closing requirements.  With our Plain English training style and a 700+ page resource manual, you will be on the path to success in no time!

Mortgage Loan and Lending Training:

The sessions will be held on February 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. Don’t worry if you can’t attend each one live, you will get a recording of each session, as well as written answers to all the questions submitted during the live event.

We are getting ready to go on a journey! Let our bank compliance consulting expert Jerod Moyer explain.
