Wondering what the future holds for overdrafts? New guidance? New Regulations? It may still be too soon for 
an answer but we’ll soon have an update. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Community Advisory Council has a meeting scheduled with Director Richard Cordray on October 15th and “Overdraft Discussion” is on the agenda. It should be interesting to see what they have to say.
