Reg Z Changes January 30, 2011

As we reported in our November 2010 newsletter, January 30th will issue in yet some more compliance changes.  Specifically, the Truth in Lending interim final rule requires changes to the Truth in Lending disclosure for loans secured by a dwelling OR real property.  Don’t forget to review these requirements and make sure you and your vendors are up to speed.

Amy brings many years of banking and compliance experience to Banker’s Compliance Consulting. She has worked for both large and small financial institutions and spent time working in every area of a bank. She started out as a teller in college and eventually became a branch manager. Her love, however, was always compliance. Amy began her career with Banker’s Compliance Consulting in 2000.
