SCRA Notice Updated

In our January 7th blog we alerted you recent amendments to the Servicemember Civil Relief Act.  This amendment required changes to the SCRA notice (90 days to 9 months).  However, problems arose because HUD had not yet updated the required notice.  Well we are happy to report that HUD updated the SCRA notice so you can now provide your customers with the correct information.  Please check to ensure that your vendors are aware of this form change as well.
