The HMDA Filing Platform is Open

The CFPB recently announced that the HMDA annual filing period opened on January 1, 2022.  This means that HMDA filers can now access the HMDA Platform and begin filing HMDA data collected in 2021.

HMDA data filing should be completed on or before March 1, 2022, which means you have some time.  It is very important that your HMDA data is accurate because too many errors can force a data scrub, resubmission, and even civil money penalties.

Be sure to JOIN US for our webinar, “HMDA: Are You Ready to Submit Your 2021 Data?”.  We will look at tricky data fields and other things to consider before submitting your 2021 HMDA Data.
