TRID Guides Updated

On May 15th, the CFPB announced they updated both versions of their “Small Entity Compliance Guide” (Versions 4.1 and 5.2) and “Guide to the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms” (Versions 1.5 and 2.1), with the 2018 TRID Rule changes which take effect on June 1, 2018.  These also incorporate the 2017 TRID Rule changes for which compliance is not mandatory until October 1, 2018.
