Mortgage Servicing: Large vs. Small Servicers

When it comes to the mortgage servicing requirements, are you a large servicer or a small servicer? Large servicers are going to have a lot of responsibilities under these rules. Small servicers, on the other hand, aren’t entirely exempt. They will still have some responsibilities but not quite to the extent of large servicers.
