Military Lending Act FAQs

diane-deanHot off the presses! The Department of Defense (DOD) has given us an “Interpretive Rule”, consisting of nineteen questions and answers that give us additional guidance on the Military Lending Act (MLA) changes that take effect October 3rd.

We are in the process of digesting this and what it will mean for your compliance efforts.  We will address this Interpretive Rule during our Military Lending Act WEBINAR on August 30th.  We would love to have you join us!

Diane joined Banker’s Compliance Consulting with over 10 years of compliance experience and over 15 years of experience within the financial industry. Diane is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice.
