2026: A Look Back & What Lies Ahead Coming Soon!

We are just a few days away from our FREE Forum, “2026 – A Look Back & What Lies Ahead”. During this Forum, we will take a look back at the regulatory news that has come down the pipe in the last year and will also discuss what’s on the horizon for 2027. This Forum is a fan-favorite and is a checklist of sorts to make sure you haven’t missed anything big and that you don’t forget about things you may need to prep your management for.

We will be covering a lot of information but a few of the more impactful topics we will discuss include:

  • Exceptive Relief to Streamline Customer Due Diligence Requirements
  • Rescission of Multiple Re-Presentment Guidance
  • Regulation B - Disparate Impact Final Rule
  • Joint Advisory on Non-Work Authorized Populations

See you there!
