FEMA Flood Reform Resources

The other day I was searching for anything new or any updates with respect to the 2012 Biggert Water Flood Insurance Reform Act.  During my quest I stumbled across some resources provided by the FEMA website.  Although I haven’t gone through each document with a fine tooth comb, the document titled, “Timeline:…”,could be useful in making sense of the what, where, when and how of flood insurance premium increases.  If you haven’t already, at some point you’re going to get a call from your loan customers who are required to maintain flood insurance asking about this.  It’s a good idea to prepare now.  Good luck!
